ChatBizu started from a simple observation: many people in continental Europe would gladly spend an evening talking with someone from Brazil, Colombia or Mexico, but two things get in the way. One is language. The other is that most video chat feels rushed, built for a thumb on a small screen rather than for a proper conversation.
So ChatBizu is the Bizu brand for sitting down and talking. It is designed around the laptop and desktop browser, with live translated subtitles at the centre of every call, so that someone in Lyon, Munich, Milan or Utrecht can talk with a host in São Paulo or Bogotá in their own language and still understand every sentence.
Who it is for
ChatBizu is for adults in continental Europe who enjoy conversation for its own sake: people curious about another culture, learners who want to practise Spanish or Portuguese with a native speaker, and anyone who likes an unhurried talk at the end of the day.
The site is available in English, German, French, Italian and Dutch. Packs are priced in euros, and readers paying in Swiss francs, zloty, koruna or forints simply see their bank convert the amount.
Why subtitles matter so much here
Most hosts speak Spanish or Portuguese as their first language, while our visitors speak a dozen others. Automatic translation in chat and live translated subtitles during calls let both sides speak naturally instead of searching for words.
For language learners the subtitles work the other way round too: you can try a sentence in Spanish, see how it comes across, and switch back to your own language whenever you need to.
How we keep conversations respectful
Every host passes an identity document check before going live, and profile photos are reviewed by moderators before anyone sees them. The service is strictly 18+, and nudity and sexual content are prohibited and moderated.
ChatBizu is online video only. Asking a host to meet in person or to move the conversation off the platform is against the guidelines. Each host's price per minute is shown before you call, billing is per minute, and coins are refunded automatically if a call drops for technical reasons.

ChatBizu is an official brand of Bizu. Your login is a Bizu account, the buttons on this site open the Bizu app, and the same Terms, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines apply.
Questions about a call, a payment or your account go to the Bizu support team, who answer from Portugal. Call times on the platform always follow your own device clock, wherever in Europe you are.
